What are 'Quiet Books'?

Quiet Books are Interactive Fabric Books that provide hours of play and learning. They keep the child engaged while they pretend play, learn colors, shapes, sort and count, pair and match, work on their fine motor skills, explore textures and different materials. 
Each page has an activity to do and a skill to work on.

What is the ideal age group for your Quiet Books?

We make different styles of quiet books for age groups 6 months to 6 years and give you lots of options to ensure that you can find a quiet book that suits your unique needs.

Can I buy my three month old your Quiet Book?

Sure. Look out for our quiet books that focus on textures and enable use of different senses. You can use it during the child's tummy time or lap time. They will love to watch the colours, touch and feel objects. Think of the value of hearing a musical instrument, looking into a kaleidoscope, smelling a flower or feeling through finger paint.

How do I know which of your books is best suited for my child's age group?

Our books are segregated by age groups. Choose the age group of your choice and browse through the books. But then again, always remember to follow your child's lead. Observe your child and pick the book that best matches your child's interests and skills levels.

What materials are your products made of?

We use fabrics, felt and accessories such as velcro, buttons, beads and clasps of different kinds that are suited for baby products , toddler approved and are among the best available.

Can you personalise the name of my child on the book?

Yes, only for those books listed on the website that have the option of a name on the cover page.

Can I mix and match pages from the books available on the website?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept customisations. However, we do welcome feedback and try to improve our new product offerings based on your requests.

Will the book be exactly like I see in the video?

Yes. Colors may slightly differ depending on the screen the video is being viewed on.

How can I buy your product?

Is COD (cash on delivery) option available? 

Yes, COD is available. 

I just placed my order, when will it reach me?

For most books, your package will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. You will then receive a tracking number by email and can track your shipment at every stage. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.

Packages once dispatched generally take within 3-5 working days anywhere within India, and 15-20 working days if shipping outside India. If you think your package is delayed longer, please email us at orders@cubsandcalves.com so that we can look into it.

Please note that custom fees, import duties and related charges vary by country, and are full responsibility of you, the buyer.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! For shipping outside of India please choose a currency of your choice as the first step.

What are your hours of operation?

Our working hours are 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday-Friday Indian Standard Time (IST). If you have messaged our social media pages or emailed us, please allow us up to 48 hours to read, process and respond to your query.

I need to change my shipping address! How can I do this?

Please email us at orders@cubsandcalves.com right away with your order number, product details and complete, updated shipping information. If your package has not been shipped, we will be happy to make the corrections required.

How do I clean my Cubs and Calves quiet book?

How do I store the detachable pieces in the book?

Almost all detachable pieces are a hook and loop pair so they attach and don't fall out. There is also a zipper pocket at the back of the book so you don't have to keep track of lose pieces when putting them away.

How do I store the book when its not being used?

You can store it in any bag of your choice.
