All returns will be handled as per our standard Returns Policy. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product due to damage or defect, then we will accept returns within 3 days of receiving the product as follows:
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us has a manufacturing defect, Cubs and Calves reserves the right to decide if the damage or defect is a manufacturing defect or not,
Incorrect Product Delivery
If the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange of similar or higher value, within 3 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Please contact Customer Care before initiating the return.
Please provide us with proof (courier receipt) to prove that the return was initiated within 3 days of receiving the delivery post discussion with Cubs and Calves Representative.
Return will be subject to the following:
• Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
• Products damaged while being used or because of neglect of the consumer do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
• In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will give you a credit for the equivalent amount to be used on Cubs and Calves or in exceptional circumstances we may refund the amount equivalent to purchase.
• In the event you return any product which is delivered to you because of any of the above mentioned condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
On receipt of the Product and once Cubs and Calves is convinced that the Product has not been tampered with and it indeed has a manufacturing defect, we will refund your money through account transfer to credit card or bank account depending upon way the payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
